When you submit a form, call, email, or request a consultation, we may collect your name, campaign or committee name, office, district, state, phone number, email address, election timing, budget readiness, campaign needs, website, and message content.
We use information to evaluate race fit, check campaign capacity, respond to consultation requests, recommend services, prepare proposals, manage client work, maintain compliance records, and improve our campaign outreach services.
If a campaign becomes a client, voter files, contact details, SMS permissions, email lists, call outcomes, message responses, and reporting notes are processed only for campaign-service purposes under the campaign's instructions and approved launch rules.
We may use service providers for hosting, forms, email, SMS, calling, analytics, CRM, payment, security, and campaign operations. We do not sell consultation form submissions as standalone marketing lists.
